About This Place

Nestled in the heart of Las Vegas’ vibrant Arts District, Cornish Pasty Co offers a genuine taste of Britain with an impressive range of traditional and inventive pasties, alongside a thoughtfully curated menu that celebrates British gastropub classics with a modern twist. This charming establishment effortlessly blends the comforts of an English pub with a contemporary dining experience, making it a must-visit for locals and travelers alike.

The star of the show here is undoubtedly the pasty—often affectionately called "Oggie"—a savory hand pie brimming with rich, hearty fillings. Whether you’re indulging in the Original Oggie, perfectly flaky and paired with a bowl of savory gravy, or exploring more adventurous options like the Lovely Bit of Salmon with its delicate dill cream sauce and sautéed asparagus, each pasty showcases vibrant flavors and perfectly balanced ingredients. For those seeking variety, the menu features enticing choices such as the Chicken Pot Pie with its comforting medley of chicken, peas, and carrots in a rosemary-infused gravy, or the Italian Pasty loaded with pepperoni, salami, fresh mozzarella, and roasted tomato. Vegans and vegetarians are well-catered for too, with thoughtfully prepared options like the Vegan Cottage Pie and refreshing salads like the Garden Salad or the robust Pasta Salad packed with kalamata olives and sun-dried tomatoes.

Dessert lovers will be equally delighted by the rich, indulgent offerings such as the velvety Sticky Toffee Pudding and the comforting Chocolate Bread Pudding. These sweet treats beautifully cap a meal with their warm, luscious textures that melt in your mouth, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and nostalgia.

The atmosphere at Cornish Pasty Co is an inviting blend of rustic charm and contemporary cool. The interior exudes a calm, almost church-like ambiance with dark wood tones and cozy lighting that beckons diners to unwind, linger, and savor their meal at a leisurely pace. It’s also a fantastic spot to catch up with friends, thanks to the inclusion of a pool table and lively bar seating that fosters a convivial vibe. Guests often praise the friendly, relaxed environment, making it a comfortable setting whether you’re stopping in for a quick lunch or settling in for a casual evening out.

Regular patrons, including visitors from across the globe, have raved about the variety and creativity of the menu. Noah Dunn appreciated the wide selection of pasties, likening them to “fancy hot pockets” but with quality and sophistication that elevated the experience. Michael D highlighted the menu’s diverse ethnic and vegan options, singling out the Reuben and Bangers and Mash for their hearty, authentic flavors, while also recommending the sumptuous Chocolate Bread Pudding. Locals like Tanmay Datta celebrate the Scotch Eggs as “absolutely delicious,” recommending multiple orders to fully enjoy them alongside other standout dishes like the Tandoori Wings.

Michael Leek, a native Brit, summed up the experience beautifully: Cornish Pasty Co isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a comforting slice of home away from home. For those craving authentic British flavors paired with a well-selected beer list and a relaxed, almost reverential interior, this gastropub delivers in spades. Its location in the artsy Las Vegas neighborhood might mean parking can be a challenge, but the warmth of the service, the boldness of the flavors, and the overall ambiance make the journey well worth it.

In essence, Cornish Pasty Co is a dynamic culinary destination that appeals to food lovers looking for an authentic British experience with ample options for vegetarians and vegans. It is both a casual hangout and a sanctuary for those nostalgic for hearty, comforting dishes crafted with care and creativity. Whether you’re savoring a flaky pasty, sharing Scotch Eggs with friends over a drink, or indulging in a decadent dessert, you’ll leave with your palate satisfied and your heart a little fuller.

They have a wide selection of pasties here, which are very fancy hot pockets to say it like a dumb redneck. I tried pieces of the spinach artichoke one, the butter chicken one, and I got the original. All amazing. Also got the Peanut Butter and Jelly one with ice cream but I ate it way too fast to get a picture. Good for take out or stopping in for lunch.

Huge selection of pasties with different ethnic and vegan options. I had the Reuben and my friend had the bangers and mash, and both were delicious! The chocolate bread pudding was soooo good. Parking isn't great in the arts district so you'll have to pay and possibly walk a block or so, but the food is worth it!

This is a really cool place for hanging out with friends. There is a pool table, bar sitting as well as regular sitting arrangements. The food is good. The Scotch eggs were absolutely delicious. The Tandoori wings were also good but I would recommend to go with multiple orders of Scotch eggs. For the pastys we ordered three pastys which were the "Lamb and Mint", "Spicy Asiago Chicken" and the "Chicken Tikka Masala" pasty. The Lamb pasty was very good but the Chicken Tikka one barely had any chicken in it and was mostly filled with potatoes. I don't know if it was the last part of the filling for that batch of pasty. Finally coming to the dessert and it was absolutely delicious. We ordered the "Chocolate Bread & Butter Pudding". The chocolate bread's top and bottom layer are crispy and the middle layers are kept mosit with the help of the butter pudding. The bread pudding is served warm with a serving of vinallia bean ice cream. Would definitely recommend all chocolate lovers to try this dessert.

Really chill spot. I only got a side Salmon cause I wasn't hungry but it was delicious with just a bit of butter melting on it. Got the house old fashioned and quickly got another. Food disappeared before I could photograph.

Every time I visit Las Vegas, I make it a key point to visit Cornish Pasty. As a Brit, I miss pasties and meat pies and this place fulfils my craving. I usually order the Original Pasty, I think it is called the Oggie, and it is great... served with a delicious little bowl of gravy. There is a great choice of beer, too. I also love the interior, its calm and dark church-like feel are a stark contrast to the bright and crazy world of Las Vegas lurking outside.

Awesome vibe! Love the furniture, the cool lounge, and the overall feel. We started with the homeade bread (baked daily) it was soft and tasty .I had the Bangers and Mash pasty, which i enjoyed a lot, the red wine gravy was a nice touch. My wife had the Chicken greek, and she loved artichoke and olives plus the cheesy bites were great. Kendalls service was perfect. I was grateful for her help in choosing a dish. Our favorite part of lunch was the place itself. You feel cooler just walking through the door. I will definitely be back for drinks in the lounge. I absolutely recommend!

The food here is absolutely fantastic! I tried the Guinness Stew Pasty and it blew me away. The crust was perfectly flaky, the steak with its rich gravy was bursting with flavor, and the portion was generous enough to leave me completely satisfied. The atmosphere has such a warm and lively charm, and every time I visit, the staff greets me with genuine smiles and great energy.

An excellent dinning experience. We went at lunchtime and there was plenty of seating and service was quick. Tried the scotch eggs, they were excellent. Everyone in our party ordered something different and everyone loved what they ordered. I tried the shepard's pie and it was really good. The area the restaurant is in is a little sketchy looking, but it's generally safe. Once you get inside the restaurant its expansive and much nicer that what the outside looks like.
